PROJECT MANAGEMENT ENGINEER
(Based in Jakarta, Indonesia office)
Job Responsibilities:
To manage subcontractors and work quality and other Eaton Operation Excellence parameters.
To process projects work using the Company’s database and tools.
To provide ownership in accuracy of costing for project works.
To execute assigned projects efficiently and to deliver within schedule.
To liaise effectively with all stakeholders (internal team; subcontractors; strategic partners and customers).
To report progress of project scheduling and interaction with internal and external stakeholders.
To be responsible for accurate and on-time submission of all documentations required on project management.
To support front line sales team in coordinating pre-sales to post-sales of project works.
To provide technical support and project management and act as a technical resource within Indonesian team for support to direct sales team and distributors.
To serve as secondary team for customer contact for technical issues regarding project, troubleshooting, service and repair. Respond to technical inquiries by researching information on the products and their application and liaise within internal team and other stakeholders.
Analyze the inquiry, determine and effectively communicate potential solutions.
Manage responses to multiple inquiries at one time.
Present the initial requester with the best solution in a timely manner.
To stay current on Eaton products and maintain expertise in specific product or technical areas so to aid the overall strength of the group.
To provide training and direction for people’s technical support needs.
To provide feedback to other Eaton functions including front line project sales team, account sales team, solution sales team, technical support team and communications related to Eaton products as used in field applications.
Job Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s degree Electrical or Electronic Engineering (Teknik Listrik or Teknik Electro) from reputable university in Indonesia.
AutoCad skillset is a must.
Computer literate and Microsoft Office applications.
At least 3-5 years of working experience in subcontractors’ workshop and/or managing projects at site.
Working experience in Palm Oil Industries and/or Mining Industries preferred.
Good conflict management and negotiations skills.
Mobility and availability to travel to various places in Indonesia.
